My Journey with Hypnosis: How I Found Purpose, Healing, and Growth

Eight years ago, I found myself deeply immersed in personal development, inspired by the teachings of Tony Robbins. At the time, I was studying criminology at the University of Malta and developed a fascination with sociology, psychology, and understanding human behavior. I earned my degree in criminology, but my journey was far from over—there was still a lot I wanted to uncover about myself and the world around me.

During that time, I was often overwhelmed, anxious, and looking for ways to bring more peace into my life. When I first tried a hypnosis recording, I was amazed. I felt a powerful sense of calm and relief, a connection to my inner self that I’d never experienced before. In a regression session, I even found peace with my inner child, helping me let go of past fears and doubts. This experience sparked a new passion in me—I wanted to learn everything I could about hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

While diving into hypnosis, I was also exploring sports. I wasn't naturally gifted in athletics, but hypnosis and meditation helped me develop a laser focus that led to achievements I never thought possible. At my peak, I was able to lift 220 kg at a bodyweight of 75 kg. That chapter, though, came with challenges. Pushing my body so hard led to injuries and eventually sciatica, which affected both my physical and mental health. Hypnosis, NLP, and a compassionate physiotherapist named Natalie helped me rebuild my body and mind. Through this journey, I realized the incredible power of the mind in healing and personal growth.

The deeper I went into hypnotherapy, the more I felt called to share it with others. I traveled to London to study with my mentor, stage hypnotist and mentalist Kristian von Sponneck, who taught me valuable skills in performance and therapeutic hypnosis. Soon, I was working with clients, earned certifications in hypnotherapy and NLP, and took every opportunity to help people transform their lives, just as I had done for myself.

In Malta, I began teaching hypnosis techniques on platforms like Udemy to make this knowledge accessible to more people. I wanted to show others that change is possible—that they can find peace, confidence, and even a new outlook on life. Hypnosis became not only my career but a calling. I believe this skill was given to me for a reason, and I see the difference it has made in others and in myself.

Today, I'm in Cork, Ireland, bringing this passion to a new community. Hypnosis taught me that happiness and fulfillment come from within, and positive suggestion can bring about incredible changes. From helping clients overcome fears, find confidence, or simply sleep better, I'm here to share this journey with anyone open to discovering the power of their own mind.

Hypnosis has been my constant companion—through life changes, successes, setbacks, and moments of deep reflection. I continue to share it online because I know it works. Hypnosis helped me find my purpose, and I believe it can help others find theirs too.

Fun Things to Do with Hypnosis If you’re looking for fun hypnosis ideas, here’s a list of cool, entertaining, and mind-bending things you can try with friends, family, or even yourself! These range from simple suggestibility tests to full-on hypnotic experiences. 🔹 For Beginners (Easy & Fun) Magnetic Fingers – Watch their fingers "magically" come together. Stuck to the Chair/Floor – Tell them they’re "glued" to their seat and can’t stand up. Simple "Mind Reading" – Suggest you can "read their mind" as they choose something (illusion-based but fun). 🔹 For Intermediate Hypnotists (More Impactful) Limb Catalepsy – Their arm or...

Hypnosis: The Fun, Natural Way to Feel Amazing!

Life’s too short to be stressed out all the time, right? What if there was a simple, natural, and even fun way to boost your mood, relax your mind, and feel absolutely fantastic? Enter hypnosis—no swinging pocket watches or mind control, just pure positivity and good vibes! What Is Hypnosis, Really? Forget the Hollywood myths. Hypnosis isn’t about losing control or clucking like a chicken (unless you really want to). In this state, your mind is open to positive suggestions, which can help you feel happier, more confident, and less stressed. Sounds pretty great, right? How Hypnosis Can Boost Your Mood Think of hypnosis as a mental massage. Just like a spa day relaxes your body, hypnosis soothes your mind. It can: Melt away stress and anxiety Boost confidence and self-love Help you sleep better (bye-bye, tossing and turning!) Supercharge motivation and focus...

"Qigong Meets Hypnosis—And My Brain Has Never Felt Better!"

Tapping Into the Mind: My Path to Calm (and a Bit of Muscle Too) If you told me years ago that I'd be geeking out over the power of the mind, practicing self-hypnosis, and doing slow-motion martial arts in my living room, I probably would’ve laughed and carried on lifting weights. But here we are. My journey toward calm, happiness, and just feeling more me started with a deep curiosity about how the mind works. That curiosity led me into Eastern philosophy, then psychology, and eventually to some fascinating practices like guided imagery, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and hypnotherapy. Basically, I’ve become a bit of a personal development sponge. One of the things I’ve stuck with the longest—over 12 years now—is Hypnosis & Qigong. Think of it as graceful movements, kind of like Tai Chi's cool cousin, paired with mindful breathing. I've learned the basics through classes, YouTube dives, and plenty of self-study. What keeps me coming back is how much be...
