I Am Andrew Z – a Certified Hypnotist, Spiritual Teacher, and Guide to the Subconscious Mind

I’m Andrew Z, a certified hypnotist based in Cork, Ireland, dedicated to helping people unlock their true potential through hypnosis, subconscious reprogramming, and self-empowerment.

From a young age, I was fascinated by the power of the mind—how thoughts shape reality, how beliefs dictate behavior, and how deep within us lies an untapped reservoir of transformation. This passion led me to explore hypnosis, meditation, and spiritual awakening, eventually becoming a guide for those seeking clarity, healing, and personal growth.

Through my work, I teach people how to:
Reprogram the subconscious to break limiting beliefs
Harness self-hypnosis for confidence, success, and inner peace
Tap into the flow state for peak performance and creativity
Unlock spiritual awareness and expand consciousness

As the host of Flow State Frequencies, my mission is to bring hypnosis, empowerment, and deep transformation to listeners worldwide. Each episode dives into topics like self-hypnosis, subconscious mastery, spiritual awakening, and the science of mind transformation—all designed to help you step into your highest potential.

The subconscious mind is the key to everything—when you change your mind, you change your life.

Are you ready to step into your power?

Fun Things to Do with Hypnosis

Fun Things to Do with Hypnosis If you’re looking for fun hypnosis ideas, here’s a list of cool, entertaining, and mind-bending things you can try with friends, family, or even yourself! These range from simple suggestibility tests to full-on hypnotic experiences. 🔹 For Beginners (Easy & Fun) Magnetic Fingers – Watch their fingers "magically" come together. Heavy Hand/Light Hand – One hand feels super heavy, the other feels like a balloon. Eye Lock – Suggest that their eyelids are too heavy to open. Name Amnesia – Make them "forget" their own name (they'll laugh at themselves). Glove Anesthesia – Numb their hand as if they were wearing a magic glove. Stuck to the Chair/Floor – Tell them they’re "glued" to their seat and can’t stand up. Simple "Mind Reading" – Suggest you can "read their mind" as they choose something (illusion-based but fun). 🔹 For Intermediate Hypnotists (More Impactful) Limb Catalepsy – Their arm or...

Energy, Tao, and the Art of Peaceful Living in a Busy World

🌀 Energy, Tao, and the Art of Peaceful Living in a Busy World By Andrew In the quiet moments between the chaos, we can still hear the Tao. Our modern lives move fast. Emails ping. Traffic hums. Notifications buzz like persistent insects. Amid this noisy whirlwind, many of us yearn for something deeper: peace, energy, alignment. Something ancient that still speaks softly beneath the modern noise. This is where Tao—the Way—gently enters. Tao and Effortless Flow Taoism teaches that we don’t need to wrestle with life. Instead, we can learn to flow with it. The Tao is not something to chase. It's like a river: always moving, always there, and always inviting us to move with it—not against it. When we begin to live in harmony with this natural flow, we stop burning unnecessary energy resisting what is . Our energy, once wasted on control, becomes available for presence, clarity, creativity, and healing. The Breath as a Bridge Enter the “2 in, 2 out” breath. Simple. Grounding. ...

"Qigong Meets Hypnosis—And My Brain Has Never Felt Better!"

Tapping Into the Mind: My Path to Calm (and a Bit of Muscle Too) If you told me years ago that I'd be geeking out over the power of the mind, practicing self-hypnosis, and doing slow-motion martial arts in my living room, I probably would’ve laughed and carried on lifting weights. But here we are. My journey toward calm, happiness, and just feeling more me started with a deep curiosity about how the mind works. That curiosity led me into Eastern philosophy, then psychology, and eventually to some fascinating practices like guided imagery, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and hypnotherapy. Basically, I’ve become a bit of a personal development sponge. One of the things I’ve stuck with the longest—over 12 years now—is Hypnosis & Qigong. Think of it as graceful movements, kind of like Tai Chi's cool cousin, paired with mindful breathing. I've learned the basics through classes, YouTube dives, and plenty of self-study. What keeps me coming back is how much be...
